Who collects your data: The property you are visiting collects your personal information as part of its visitor access management process.
Why: To manage visitor access and maintain a security register as required for property safety and compliance.
How long we keep it: Visit records are retained for 12 months. Visitor photographs (if captured) are retained for 90 days, after which they are permanently deleted.
Who it is shared with: Your information is accessible to the property administrator and to EasyVisit (operated by TST Software (Pty) Ltd) as the system operator, solely for the purpose of providing this service.
Your rights: Under POPIA, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To exercise your rights, email privacy@easyvisit.app.
